		<description><![CDATA[Thank you for the information. I am writing my congressman in regards to HOA&#039;s. Municipalities request HOA&#039;s be formed by developers. It creates new tax dollars, and not much cost to the city if the HOA is resposible for most maintenance. But there are no laws to put &#039;meat&#039; behind indentures or assessment fee collection. It is hard for me as a homeowner to watch a neighborhood deteriorate because fees are not paid and the city/county/state cannot help enforce the covenants or collection of legitimate fees.]]></description>
