		<description><![CDATA[You&#039;ve probably heard of the novelist Daniel Woodrell.  His novel, &quot;Winter&#039;s Bone&quot;, has been in the news lately because the film version won at Sundance.  

Woodrell also wrote &quot;Ride with the Devil,&quot; a novel set during the civil war on the Missouri-Kansas border.  That book was also made into a movie, and it was directed by Ang Lee.]]></description>
